This shipping and returns policy (“Policy”) outlines the process and terms regarding purchase, shipping and returns of the product of Tyke Consumer Products Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “Company”) purchased by customers (“you” or “Users”) through Starki.co.in and/ or Starki.in (“Platform”). The Company is the sole owner and publisher of the Platform.

The Company is committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our Policy is in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations governing e-commerce and consumer rights.

Please review our Policy carefully before making a purchase through the Platform. By placing an order with us through the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

(1) SHIPPING POLICY

(a) Order processing:

  • Purchased items will be delivered at your doorstep within minimum of 1 to maximum 9 (nine) business days and during business timings.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order.
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

(b) Methods: We offer both standard and expedited shipping options through reputed courier agencies. Accordingly, shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

(c) Locations: We currently ship to addresses within India.

(d) Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

(e) Delivery issues: We do not take any responsibility for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

(f) Charges: The charges for shipping would be added to the total amount payable before check out and typically be calculated based on the weight of your order, pin code, size and the selected shipping method. Any product or offers in respect of shipping (such as free or discounted shipping) would also be intimated on the platform itself.

(g) Undelivered package: In the event of an undeliverable package due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply.

(h) No guarantee: We will try to delivery order within expected time but we do not guarantee in case of certain unforeseen circumstances not under our control.

(2) RETURNS POLICY

(a) Eligibility: Products purchased by you are not returnable once the delivery has been effected unless at the sole discretion of the Company in certain circumstances such as delivery of a damaged product.

(b) Process: In case you meet the eligibility criteria, you would be required to write to help@starki.co.in requesting for return of the product and share the invoice and a clear video of unboxing the product (with time stamp) within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery.

(c) Other terms:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.
  • Upon approval of the request, you will be provided with return instructions by way of email.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. Accordingly, the refund amount would be purchase amount minus the cost of shipping.
  • We would endeavour to process the refund within 7 (seven) business days of receipt of the product and such refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please also refer to our Cancellation and Refunds Policy for more information. However, please allow atleast 7 (seven) business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
  • We shall not be responsible for delivery taken by an alternative person.

For products purchased through other third party owned platforms/ websites (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc), the shipping and return policy of such third parties would apply. However, in case of delivery of damaged products purchased through the Platform or through such third party platforms, you may raise request of return directly with us within 3 (three) days of delivery by sharing the invoice and a clear video of unboxing the product (with time stamp) to help@starki.co.in. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to request for return of product.

Further, while we would attempt to address your request at the earliest, we are not bound to accept any returns and acceptance of such returns, if any, would be at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company is not bound to respond to any request either.
